Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out necessary forms and receive proper consultation.
To insure each guest’s relaxation, we ask that children not attend services.  Please communicate any concerns, questions or special needs to your therapist. If you are unsure of what a service is or it’s benefit, please don’t
hesitate to ask. Many spa services are sometimes misunderstood and therefore not fully appreciated. We do our
best to accommodate late guests, but are not always able to do so. We will always try to reach a satisfactory
alternative. Professional nail care, skin care, body care and wellness items are available for retail. Prices are
subject to change without notice. Carmen Nicole’s is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
